Little Eye Labs, an Android app performance analysis startup, announced last week that they have been acquired by Facebook. The group will be moving to the Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park, California in order to utilize Facebook’s infrastructure to improve Facebook’s apps.
From Little Eye Labs’ site:
The entire Little Eye Labs team will move to Facebook’s headquarters in Menlo Park, California. From there, we’ll be able to leverage Facebook’s world-class infrastructure and help improve performance of their already awesome apps. For us, this is an opportunity to make an impact on the more than 1 billion people who use Facebook.
This is the first time Facebook has purchased an Indian company. I’m sure it will be an adventure for the 7 “Ions” at Little Eye to move to Menlo Park with their families.
Trolling the site a little, you can learn a good bit about Android apps and different bug fixes, fixing memory leaks and more…give them a look if you are interested.
